Who we are...
cycos AG is a medium-sized company in the software development industry, providing project-based development services in various areas. We currently employ around 60 people at our Aachen location, with an upward trend.
Telecommunications technology has been at the heart of cycos' development for over 30 years, starting with software solutions for analog communication systems in the early 1990s, followed by ISDN communication servers, through to the integration of VoIP and SIP, and finally to WebRTC-based collaboration systems in the cloud.
Our Mentality
Founded over 35 years ago, we have gained a wealth of experience over time. This long history has also made us a company with tradition.
However, we have never completely abandoned our startup mentality! We are an innovative company that keeps up with the times. We have high quality standards for our work, following the motto "not the fastest solution, but the best one".
We value flat hierarchies and an informal, helpful environment. Our doors are always open - not just metaphorically. Team spirit and cohesion are important to us. We treat each other with respect and encourage our employees in their skills.
